Please meet our Terrific Tina! Miss Tina is a very pretty little girl who's four years old. She is in wonderful health, except that she's just a little bit overweight. Tina says she thinks taking walks every day will help her get in shape, but she has trouble saying no to food. That sounds like a lot of us, doesn't it? :-) Miss Tina knows basic commands - she can come, sit, and shake. Her foster mom discovered that Tina likes to play fetch, and this exercise might help her lose some weight too, if it happens regularly. Tina says that's fine with her - and would like to play fetch every day! Tina is Sheltie all the way: She likes to eat (hence her stocky build), and bark, and is rather shy with strangers. However, she warms up to people once she's figured out they are friendly. Miss Tina likes to sleep under her foster mom's bed, along with her foster fur sibling, Jerry. Miss Tina's mom thinks it's hilarious when she looks under her bed and sees not one, but two little Shelties!! Tina is kind of an attention hog, so we think she'd do best as an only dog, although she does okay with male dogs. She doesn't do well with female dogs, or cats. (We were told that she tends to herd cats.)
