Learn more about the Shetland Sheepdog Sheltie.
Terrific Trevor is a one-of-a-kind dog! He is around a year old, but not one of those wild and crazy one-year-olds. Trevor just likes to observe the world. We think he's either a pocket Collie or an overgrown Sheltie!! He weighs 44 lbs, which is perfect, his vet told him. He has been given an exemplary bill of health from Pets on Broadway, is caught up on his shots, and is heartworm negative. Trevor hasn't had a lot of training, but he does know his name, how to come, sit, and walks reasonably well on a leash. Oh, and he does well in a car, although he'd prefer to be driving the car with you while sitting on your lap. He enjoys time outside in the back yard, just hanging out! Trevor is an absolute dear, and just a teeny bit needy. He will put his paws up on your lap and let you pet him for a minute, and then he'll try to squeeze his way up until he is sitting square in your lap! (His foster mom says it's the cutest thing!) Trevor is housebroken and doesn't bark a lot, and is a loving, precious boy. His foster mom will miss him when he leaves for his forever home!!! You will absolutely fall in love with this wonderful boy when you meet him. If you are interested in getting to know this fine boy, please submit an adoption application at our website, colliesheltierescue.org. We look forward to hearing from you!!
